Every year, I love to get professional photos taken of my little family as a keepsake from that time in our lives. This year we were honored to be photographed by the very talented, Lisa Rossi of Lisa Rossi Photography. Lisa specializes in newborns, children and families. She loves to, “Capture the beauty and connections that make families unique in their own way.” And let me tell you guys, she does just that!
A few weeks ago, Chris, Cash and I got all dressed up and set out for a sweet little holiday mini session located at a near by barn. The setting was absolutely gorgeous and Lisa set up 5 different “scenes” inside of the barn for Cash to be photographed in. The indoor scenes are so cozy with snacks and coffee for the family. Mini sessions are the absolute best if you have children, because they are 20 minutes long! Lisa works fast, yet keeps the session intimate to each individual family and gets some amazing shots. I am always amazed at how quick, yet efficient she is during mini sessions!
Cash absolutely did not cooperate when we first arrived but I knew Lisa would take matters into her own hands and get the shots. She had Cash laughing and having fun within 5 minutes! She stays incredibly positive and makes the entire experience fun for the whole family. Here are some shots from our session with her this year.
