Back to school is in full swing, routines are in place, and fall is {basically} in the air! This is one of my favorite seasons to shop for when it comes to fashion. Fall fashion is easy, comfortable, versatile and CUTE! There are few staple items I think every girl should have on hand this season to mix and match and get the most use out of.

I know during this season, layering is always important to me. The weather can be cooler in the morning/night and warm during the day. Cardigans are for sure my go to when it comes to this unpredictability. This color block one has the best fall tones and adorable waffle knit detail. Other staple items are this lace v-neck cami that I promise you will get so much use out of! Looks good with cardigans, under sweaters, by itself or even layered with a fall jacket. It comes in so many prints and colors too! Who else is obsessed with faux leather leggings!? I basically live in them from fall until summer and the ones featured above are sooo good. They have a thick band at the top to suck you in, and I’m loving the extreme glossiness. And last but certainly not least, LEOPARD PRINT. I know, you can’t get enough. Me either. These flats are amazingly comfortable (I sized up 1/2 size), spice up any outfit and come in so many prints and colors! Leopard is one of those prints I consider a neutral and I love mixing and matching these slides with solid colors, other prints and color block.

Other staple items I like to include in my wardrobe this time of year are a good pair of denim, and easy to wear blouses! Because I work full time, I love a top like this black blouse that I can take from the office to happy hour. It has the prettiest draping detail and comes in so many patterns and prints! I’ve also been loving a good pair of distressed denim and this pair looks good with everything and has the best stretchy fit to them. And adding a pop of leopard with these same slides really adds some fun and completes this look.
